Spinifex
State College aims to develop clever, skilled and creative learners. To achieve
this aim, we provide students with access to quality learning opportunities and
inspire students to explore their passions, harness their unique talents and
fulfil their potential.
For Years 7, 8 & 9 at
Spinifex State College, we offer a diverse curriculum as approved by the
Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA).
All students entering the senior phase of learning have the goal of achieving the Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) or the Queensland Certificate of Individual Achievement (QCIA).
If students are interested in a university pathway beyond school, an outline of the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) is provided within the Senior Course Guide. The Senior Campus team will provide you with further ATAR information and the support needed throughout Years 11 & 12 to achieve the best ATAR possible.
